Parents outraged over baby doll that says, ‘Hey, crazy bitch’…
Parents are complaining about a doll they claim utters a noddy word. Sold nationally, the “You & Me Interactive Triplets” are angering parents who claim to hear the words “hey, crazy bitch,” come out of the innocent little baby-doll’s mouth.
Fearful that their highly impressionable toddlers will pick up the baby babble that sort of, slightly resembles the phrase, some parents are calling for the removal of the doll from store shelves.
In the Local 6 News report above, one pyro-parent advocates teaching her kid another, more important—though more dangerous—lesson: when your human-resembling childhood toy makes contumelious, neonatal burble, the solution is setting your toy afire. “I think they should be burned, and I would like to write the [toy maker] a letter.” Alas, if children are quick to emulate the incomprehensible words of their doll, then surely, creating a pyre for your child’s extremely realistic baby-looking trinket is precisely the sort of emulatable event every parent wants their child to see.
Another mother has made an even more unlikely claim, promulgating her worry that her little boy might end up repeating the unfortunate phrase. “I don’t want HIM repeating what’s on there,” she said. All that, despite everybody knowing that little boys don’t play with dolls.
The bright side is that Toys R Us is ignoring these ridiculous consumers who want to burn their children’s playthings and make their boys play with dolls. However, they informed consumers that if they are hearing the problematic verbiage and are offended, they can return the toy.
