FLASHBACK: ‘I Don’t Think Marriage Is a Civil Right’…

Sure evolution is debated between secularists and Evangelicals with regard to whether it ought to be taught in the schools, but these days, all anyone is talking about is Obama’s evolving opinion on gay marriage. In 2004 he was adamant about same-sex marriage being some kind of abomination, today, he deftly navigated the world of opposite day when he flippity-floppitied. Now, I’m a bit of a Lib…ertarian. Some have even called me an extreme libertarian. So I’m all out high-fiving about the President’s change in position. Let people get married however or whenever they want…. Perhaps, if we wait long enough, introduce a bit of radioactive material (in order to further aid the evolution), the President will come all the way around to my position – get the government completely out of the marriage BUSINESS.
